How does Sunrise fundraising work?
Sunrise fundraising is a simple, low-stress program designed for schools, clubs, and community groups across Tasmania.

- Families place orders (from themselves, their family, and friends) and pay through the school or club
- Sunrise bakes to order and delivers to the school/club on the agreed date.

Is there a minimum order or minimum group size?
There are no rigid minimums, but we provide guidance on what works best to maximise participation and profits. We help you design a plan that fits your group.
How much money can we raise?
We don’t publish exact figures here, but we can share typical ranges based on your group size and chosen product mix after an initial discussion.
How is payment handled?
In most cases, families pay the school or club directly via the fundraising program. Your organisation receives an invoice to pay and Sunrise processes the bake and delivers on the agreed date.
Do you deliver statewide?
Yes. We support fundraising across Tasmania and can coordinate delivery to schools and clubs statewide.
Can we customise the fundraiser?
Absolutely. We’re happy to tailor fundraising packs and supporting materials to suit your community, however to keep your fundraiser easy and straightforward we find groups generally select from our standard packages.
How much advance notice do we need to give?
Once you send an enquiry, we’ll send out an information kit and order forms. Generally we only need a week or two notice and we can help you plan a timeline giving families enough time to return the order forms.
